Oregon's starting QB, Bo Nix, is coming back.

Now they're getting Novosad.

But reports say that will relegate their backup, Ty Thompson, to 3rd string, even though he was a 4/5-star recruit.

Would he like to transfer to Baylor now?

Novosad got them to agree to make him the #2 before he ever stepped on campus? I thought we were the ones to do that (and say we wouldn't look at any other QBs).

Just beat them in both games of the home & home coming up; that'll do for me.
I'm not quite as dumb as I seem

Well.....I doubt in a matter of days they decided that and meant it, if they said that. If they lied serves the kid right.

We on the other hand really did sacrifice the health of the program for the time being on this kid to get him to sign-- terrrible malpractice. The staff may have just sacrificed its tenure here for this kid. Dumb if you are Aranda to put your huge contract on the line for a kid and family who isnt trustworthy. Assinine for an assistant to put his bosses big contract on the line like this.

He didnt put his contract on the line, thats guaranteed money. He put his ability as a HC on the line but even then he can go be a DC somewhere and make a few million a year while collecting the difference from us. The Assistant likely put his huge salary on the line.
