Damages include $3 million in cash plus return of the touchdown that didn't happen at the end of the 2012 Holiday Bowl.

Hmmm. Who will be left in the PAC-12 to pay the judgment?

It's another reason to jump ship.

Let UCLA pay by themselves.

Article says since UCLA bailed in 2021 the Holiday Bowl decided in 2022 to not pay the PAC 12 the $3 million payout for Oregon appearing.

I guess they're saying they still haven't been made whole.

Gotta get your claim in before the league goes belly up.

The PAC 12 threatened to sue of the $3M for Oregon not being provided despite the fact that they didn't show up in 2021. Basically, the bowl was willing to settle it by just not giving the PAC 12 money for 2022, but the PAC 12 wouldn't leave it alone.
