Baylor was his first college job (P5 or G5) right out of HS ranks. We are so revered and respected as a powerhouse in P5 we went for the bigger "fish".

Reminds me of when Baylor passed over an assistant named Frank Broyles. Whatever happened to that guy anyways? Certainly he didn't waltz off to Arkansas and become a legend...did he? He most definitely didn't take Hayden Cry with him???

Oh no no no. We are a kinder and gentler Baylor. Person over player. The coaches will likely talk about the teams deficiencies over an ice cream social next week while Aranda waxes poetic
we have a camp counselor or youth ministry leader for a coach. a player should have a certain amount of fear of their coach. with fear comes respect, with respect comes player running through a brick wall for the coach. we don't have that. whole team looks exactly like CDA...emotionless. *****molding young men...put a competitive product on the field and win games. I'd take Urban Meyer at this point.
