I was there for that one: the only time I was able to witness a win in Austin in person. To this day I regret not taking a photo of the final scoreboard or of the empty stadium in the 4th quarter.

Was there in 2010 for the win. Remember walking out and hearing "thanks for helping us get rid of our OC Greg Davis." They also wanted Mack gone then too, which we assisted with in 2013.

It's really not complex. I agree. I just don't think you dislike losing nearly as much as a lot of us do.

Lemme explain..I freaking hate losing...when any of my teams (pro teams or Baylor )lose I can't even enjoy watching the rest of the games that day..in some cases it ruins my weekend...and I sure as hell don't wanna see highlights and I damn sure don't come on this site the week after a loss

So yeah..I think I hate losing a lot more than some of you .

But that being said that has nothing to do with supporting the student athletes out there busting their ass so I'll be there Saturday.

Hmm. Can someone define the term "student athlete"?

Maybe Baylor has some student athletes but a whole bunch of schools don't. That may be an issue for us.

I used to feel like you do. All of that ended for me when Baylor blew up our football program in 2015/ 2016. Gave up my four season tickets of 20 years. These days, I will tune in Baylor if the grass doesn't need to be mowed.

That's certainly your prerogative on how you spend your time or money..so I can't tell you how to spend either.

But there's still kids out there now that don't have a damn thing to do with what happened in 2015'that deserve our support....you can rant and rave about Mack and Linda and Aranda and the BOR but that has nothing to do with the boys busting their ass now ...unless some of you on here are Bob Simpson or Drayton McLane there's not much you can do to fix this mess

What you can do is show up and cheer your ass off and try to create a home field advantage for them to try and pull the upset

But I know I'm just pissing in the wind on this board because misery loves company.
