He's got the Kansas program in a good place right now. At his age, he'd be better off laying down roots and seeing how much he can do there. He'll be treated like a legend with a fraction of the pressure he'd have at any program that would try to hire him away from there.
Don't disagree. That's one of those career traps where someone may think the grass is greener but the truth is that his hard work has now set himself and the Kansas program up to be competitive probably until his retirement in 10 years, probably as competitive if not more competitive in the Big 12 as Michigan St will ever be in the B1G during that same period.

<raising hand - guilty> Hey, watching us play last week I didn't see many paths to more than 3 or 4 wins. Watching bits and pieces of 9 Big 12 teams play so far today made me realize my fears were unfounded. This is a crap year for the Big 12.
WVU literally won a game today with a QB who completed 12-21 for 78 yards and 2 picks. Because the opposing QB completed 13-37.

Sanders still doesn't get it! Confidence is internal, arrogance is an external manifestation and only serves to motivate your opponents. Don't write checks that your players are forced to cash. I standby my statement that his arrogance alone will cost the Buffs 2-3 games this year.
