When Mulkey left there was a thought that Rhodes doesn't care about WBB and that that Mulkey's salary could be moved to men's sports. Now that we are 2-4, think this is the results he was looking for??

But I'm talking less about the decision and more about the salary getting moved to men's sports and are we seeing the results from that money.
letting kim walk means that neither mack nor his boss can care about wbb.Stefano DiMera said:
His boss cares about women's basketball..so your point is moot.
It is a supervisor's job to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect between themselves and their employees, as well as to manage difficult personalities.Stefano DiMera said:
This point is moot .Kim left of her own will and accord.
She's done many interviews where she told the LSU AD to just pay me and my assistants what were making now .
So it wasn't about money..She got all huffy and left.

not that my opinion matters but the choice for arena placement was poor
it should have been right next to the old one

I 100% agree. And who cares, it's woman's basketball, move on. Remember when our stellar woman's basketball program saved us in realignment? Oh ya, it didn't, it never even got brought up once bc in the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter.
Kim did that to herself. Time to move on

Maybe for the checker at Walmart.
If she didn't feel valued and respected that was her problem.

Kim was given every level of respect, every dime, and every courtesy the AD and University could possibly give her. Yet she wanted MORE MORE MORE!!! To what end???!!! The supervisors did everything they could to foster an environment of mutual respect.montypython said:It is a supervisor's job to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect between themselves and their employees.Stefano DiMera said:

There are numerous ways to foster a good working environment for your employees. It has been proven time and again that money does not equate to fulfillment. People want to feel appreciated, respected and that their contributions matter.
Kim left because didn't feel valued. It wasn't about her compensation - it was about being appreciated and respected. That was Choades job and he failed.

So much incorrect info here
Yes, she was a very successful coach. But extremely high maintenance and hard to work with according to many.
She as well as us are better off with her departure.
Because the same 12 people would be the only one's who saw it on the other board.CTbruin said:
Why is this thread on football board?
No. Absolutely no reason for it to be in the FC parking lot. None whatsoever.thales said:
