Did anyone else get a call from a current student encouraging them to attend the last home game?

I assume it went out to season ticket holders.

Sad state of affairs if the university is having students beg season ticket holders to show up to a game.

If they would be willing to negotiate some of that NIL Fund money to me, I'd consider going.

At this point fans deserve NIL more than the players

My tickets will likewise go unused. Not going to sit outside in the mid 40's with winds at 8 gusting to 15 out of the NNE knocking another 5 or 6 or so off of that, to watch the Bears get their asses kicked. I probably would not go if they were promising temps in the 70's with calm breezes and free, unlimited pours of Far Niente Cab. Ok, maybe then, but maybe not. But maybe.

Will watch by the fire with an appropriate beverage until I can't stand the beatdown any more.

I could see Baylor leadership making them call around and beg for alumni to go to the game.

If those kids call me, I'm going to demand reimbursement for six months of ESPN plus

I'm going to ask them to put their boss's boss's boss on the phone. This should be fun.

A more effective method than begging is to field a halfway competent team.

I offered them a 50% commission if they could sell my 4 tickets for $2 each. The kid giggled.
