I can honestly say that Baylor has the best one: Baylor is the only one that remembers what Resurrection Sunday is about. Then they almost ruined it with the bunny ears on the helmet. I'm disappointed by how many schools are not included.

Obviously Easter is only about bunnies and eggs.
