I agree. It seems Baylor actually has the best news just drops with little or no pre fan fare such as the Briles unis. When Baylor makes a big deal out of things to be announced pre announcement, it is corny as Hell. Examples the current unis in 2019 and green bear logo in 97. This actually looks like the hallmarks of a new uni that is still the opposite of cool. But o could be wrong about it being unis.

Uniforms have been poor since Art. With Art we had Nike's attention as well as all of college football. We got great looks from Nike because our offense was exciting.

TBH, I thought our uniforms we had in 2012 were pretty crappy, then there was talk of us being a Nike premier school when I was at Baylor circa 2013. Basically, Nike wanted us to be the Oregon of the south. We went from that to Nike basically opening their 2018 catalog and pointing to whatever template they gave West Virginia, and Mack/the powers that be at Baylor were cool with it. Nike should've been sent back to the drawing boards from the very beginning

Best unis were the 2008 with solid green shirts with BU on the sleeve. Gold pants and green white green stripes striaght down the leg and gold hats. Very clean classic look. I wasnt really as much of a fan when they had designs on the shoulders and weird green lines on the gold pants in the later years.
