Dude, you know what Smoak means when he asks about a timeline. Does it typically take 6 months, a year, 2 years before the average player is fully up to speed on the Phil Snow system? Don't tell me you don't have a timeline. At maximum, you have 5 years with a player. You better be thinking about a timeline.
And the "no adversity" comment? You're new and you're 0-2 at a program that 3/4 of the nation calls "Rape U". Just tell us how you personally handle difficulty. That's what the question is about.
