Never knew this about his journey. Herman truly was a moron from start to finish.

Also shows recruiting services are as accurate about off ball linebackers as NFL scouts. Put up big numbers in Texas 6A ball and then big numbers in the Big12 and doubted every step of the way by the league one step above.

Look at the best off ball linebackers in the NFL right now. Only like two were first round draft picks. Was stoked when my Titans picked David Long from West Virginia in the 6th round. Big12 defensive player of the year who had 100+ tackles for the Dolphins last year.

Bernard - 3rd round
Fred Warner- 3rd round
Demario Davis- 3rd round
Matt Milano- 5th round
Dre Greenlaw- 5th round
