If you give Sawyer a run game, he will probably want some extra pass blocking to go with it.
If you give him some better pass blocking, he will ask you to give him extra time for pass catching drills with his receivers. So you will need to arrange that to happen while you drill the offensive line for pass blocking.

A NYT article recently had the market rate for lineman at an average SEC school right around $750k/year. Starting running backs around $1 million and starting QB at $1.2 million. Top-tier programs (Bama, Georgia would obviously pay more.
