I think he may have been "injured" in the same way Finn was this year. From much of what I read, he was a week or two from returning for two straight months and never did.

My guess is he decided he wanted to try to preserve another year of eligibility, so UAB went all in on Kitna.

When is the COVID "15 years to play 14" ever gonna end? Surely this is the last year of all of those people.

He and Sqwirl need to reunite.

It's been a long time since that 2019 Big 12 championship game.

Matt Rhule is on his second job since.

And Chris Platt is a grandfather.

It's too bad things turned out this way. His physical talent is off the charts, he just has too many maturity issues to put it all together in the field.

Who knows what happened this year, but he had the greatest QB season in UAB history, so I'm sure someone will give him a shot.

As far as his eligibility goes - I'm guessing if he gets 7 years it will be from Covid extension + redshirt + medical redshirt. I think that's the only way to get 7. That or multiple medical redshirts?

He threw a total of 29 passes his first 3 seasons and he likely burned his redshirt during one of those.

He has been playing twice as long as Rhule was the HC at Baylor.

Who cares if they went to a bowl game? They were pounded by the way. Not exactly a feather in the cap.

I missed on hackney but you are splitting hairs. Whether Zeno had the best single season in school history, was tied for the best, or was one of the top 2, Zeno will get a look.

I believe so. All these kids sticking around for 6-7 years probably isn't helping the transfer portal situation, just creates a situation where you have more guys to compete against for roster spots.

Nah, he's got his career at Wendy's waiting for him.
