This is totally ignorant. Who was the idiot who put this together and the idiot who published it?
Whomever made that list needs to get kicked in the nuts.

Repeatedly.

Georgetown?! Maybe if you're 85 and living in Sun City.
Georgetown is Austin and it is great.

WAS great. That goes for both Austin and Georgetown.

Georgetown is not Austin. That's about like saying that Flower Mound is Dallas.

More lists...

I've only seen Amon Carter on tv. Is there something special about it that I'm missing? I do like that it has natural turf.

This account sucks, they release these rankings every year and have always had Baylor above Tech and TCU. They started collaborating with TCU on a few posts though so I reckon they were a little bias this time around

But to answer your question, it's equally as clean as Mclane but I'm personally not a fan of the their upper level seats. They were too steep IMO

There's not a bad seat in Mclane

I wonder if part of it is based on alcohol sells. TCU, UT, and Tech sell it in the stadium. I personally have no problem with not selling it. I am a beer snob, and I doubt they would sell anything good. If they aren't going to sell anything worth drinking, I personally prefer not having to put up with drunk TCU fans. They are annoying enough sober

Makes no sense. How Bu stadium isn't top 3 at absolute minimum is crazy

I am PRETTY sure they had Baylor at #3 in last years rankings. I know Tech just had a big renovation but seriously?

I could not find the last year's… But here are some past years

I've been to each of the top 4 multiple times and as nice as the new Kyle Field is, it doesn't hold a candle aesthetically to McLane. Same with DKR Memorial. The only thing they have is size: they are the largest stadiums of any kind in the state and among the largest in the country (based on capacity). Bigger is not always better or more attractive.

Naturally, I am biased. My opinion does not mean anything. Just my two cents.

UMHB would probably score higher of they would ever build the other half of their stadium.

They have one of the best, if not the best, stadiums in D3. They have more pressing needs than adding onto their stadium.

Georgetown is fantastic. Wife and I are in downtown Georgetown on and around the square 2-3 times a week.
And you're a college student? I don't think you get the ranking, among other things,

Multipurpose or rented stadiums should not be allowed. Too many programs use pro or bowl game stadiums and pass off as their own. I think it would kill school spirit to play home games in basically what amounts to a neutral stadium.

I doubt Syracuse or Miami fans agree.

More in reference to schools like Memphis who play in a municipal bowl-built stadium. I'm pretty sure Liberty bowl stadium actually predates Memphis playing football there. It's different if the school has said stadium built and allows a bowl game to play there afterwards.

Lubbock would cease to exist and would have never been, if not for the 13th grade. So, by definition, it is a college town.

13th grade. That's pretty damn funny! It does seem like Tech has more non-athlete one and dones than any other school.
