Loved this game; an unranked, underdog Baylor totally dismantles a ranked and highly favored Ucla
I'll always remember the final score.......49-19
I'm not quite as dumb as I seem

Yes, it is important to remember the true final score. The official score is a lie because they officials gave UCLA points for a TD that never happened.

And I believe that's the score on the teams ring as well: BU never recognized that phantom touchdown by UCLA. Ball never got within a yard of the goal line. Ref 200% had $$ on the game . Say Historian, can you find a clip of that phantom TD???
Retreat Hell! We just got here! The 2/5

I've seen photos of the Baylor rings, not UCLA's. I would not expect them to be honest. It would mean turning down a gift from the officials even if it is meaningless.

I may have a copy of the clip somewhere. I'm not sure. I searched for a still photograph of the player down, clearly 1-2 yards short but could not find it. I'm pretty sure I saw one before, several years ago.

Go to the 2:27:40 mark. You'll see his knee hit outside the 1 before he stretches the ball across the goal line.

IIRC the replay official had already left the booth to get to the elevator before the crowd.

Reminded me of playing the aggys in the "old days" (except that calls like that usually made the difference between a "W" and an "L" back then).
