Like many of us, I would love to see Briles come back. That being said, it would be a PR NIGHTMARE!! All athletics and media outlets would write headlines saying that Baylor prioritized winning over womens' safety, blah blah blah.

This luncheon was to HONOR the Baylor teams of 2013and 2014 . Briles and Petty were there to talk about the teams and how they became successful. Only one person from the current staff was recognized as being in attendance and that was a late arrival from one of the members of the teams being honored. Teaff was there and recognized as well. Not a SINGLE negative comment about Baylor was mentioned during the entire program. THAT is the example you think shows respect from Baylor ? This was NOT to honor Briles in any way and he handled the day with CLASS , something missing in a lot of the Baylor family
