His seat is hotter than appears publicly I'm sure right now. He doesn't have a blue blood level budget to be pulling off this non performance.

If we were to lose to ACU look for a replay of Frank Broyles and Jack Crowe.

If that's the case, I hope ACU alum CAB spends all offseason volunteering as a consultant to help ACU beat Baylor.

For arguments sake we will chalk this season up as a freebie to Rhule. Not forgotten or forgiven- but no matter what his job is safe.

Maybe we can substitute Hardin-Simmons or McMurry for Abilene Christian. Or even John Tarleton.

Next season is really setting up nicely for Jersey Boy. Go 1-11 this season and then "the process" begins with four easier games out of the chute next year. I could see us going 4-0 or possibly 3-1 (with a loss to either UTSA or Duke). If he loses to ACU, he should be fired immediately. Brewer should finish out the season this year in order to get him ready for next year. Let's hope bonehead doesn't go back to Smith, but he seems to be insinuating that he will...

Baylor will win going away if we can only send Jersey Boy on a field trip to a childrens petting zoo or a Habitat For Humanity expose. Jeff Nixon is looking like a better OC than many of us have given him credit for. When left to his own devices his offense can move the ball and put points on the board. It's only when Jersey puts his thumb in the pie that craptastic teams can stay with us.
