Here is what I am estimating:
Matt Rhule - Head Coach 4M
Phil Snow - Defensive Coordinator 1M
Jeff Nixon - Co-Offensive Coordinator (Running Backs) 800K
Glenn Thomas - Co-Offensive Coordinator (Quarterbacks) 500K
Francis Brown - Assistant Head Coach (Defensive Backs) 350K
Bob Bicknell - Assistant Coach (Wide Receivers) 200K
George DeLeone - Assistant Coach (Offensive Line) 200K
Joey McGuire - Assistant Coach (Tight Ends) 200K
Elijah Robinson - Assistant Coach (Defensive Line) 200K
Mike Siravo - Assistant Coach (Linebackers/Recruiting Coordinator) 225K
This doesn't even include the money that we are dumping into GA's (tuition+ stipends).
If my calculations are correct...then our minimum TCO for 1 F'ing win is....7.675M
That is un freaking believable!!!!!!!!

Does "family" mean sharing everything?
Speaking of stupid, who else hires their buddies to allow subpar coaching? Teaching youngsters how to properly catch the football takes some teaching and some work, in my opinion.
I only know one coach that went from selling track homes to coaching Power 5. It didn't work out well for that guy's head coach.
The average public HS principal doesn't make 100k a year, a HS head coach can double dip as athletic department head and get an administrative salary slightly less than a principal though.Gust Avrakotos said:

Salaries have changed big time. I personally know average 4A coaches that make $100K and one with multiple state championships that makes $125K. I doubt Nixon makes $800K, more like $600K.
That's what was offered another coach to be OC but he turned it down and went elsewhere for more.
Now that I look at my numbers, I'd be shocked if McGuire left CHHS for 200K...I would imagine he's making more than that.PartyBear said:
One if we had a good OC who turned it down for money, Rhule should have gotten more money. If he was only going to pay the guy 600k but is paying Nixon 800k that is also not real smart

Given that you agree with the numbers....isn't that a horrible ROI thus far? You literally could have paid me a fraction of that to coach the team and I would have doubled your win count at a min.
