Also, as I recall, Bell was a two-star pro style QB that had only one div. 1 offer: Baylor. If he can overachieve coaching OL like he did at QB, we will be good.

I've wondered the same thing, and they seem to be playing coy with the answer. Listening to this interview, Bell seems like a guy who knows what he's talking about, and is fully prepared to pour his all into making this work, I'm excited to see how he does.

Deleone is still helping coaching OL, but he is doing that more from sideline and film room. Shawn Bell is doing more of the actual hands on work that requires him being in front and moving around with OL.

Deleone just had surgery on his hip last year, and at his age not like he was going to bounce right back up from any injury.
