It's on his upper arm. I noticed it last year on photos of him throwing, when he wasn't wearing long sleeves. I have never seen a full photo but I also haven't searched. It's not very important.

The issue is not the Bible verse--that's great--the issue is the tattoo. Too often they are downright ugly and inappropriate one way or another. We've seen players do that before, often with that same verse.

As long as they're not trading gear for them it's fine by me!
