Has he called Dave Aranda? Not a lot of qualified buyers in Waco, Texas could bite that off.

Thee University might buy it as a football season vacation home.

I'm guessing Chip and Jo's agency can wait for the right buyer to come along.
Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

Seeing as how realtors don't buy the houses they list, then this would be true regardless of who had the listing.

I ran the numbers and it basically comes down to whether I would be willing to do my own mowing to make the deal work. At 5+ acres, there would have to be a ton of Baylor gear left behind in the closets to pique my interest any further.

Actually, you probably (and statistically) wouldn't.

Most coaches change jobs every 1-2 years. That's so easy on a family, right?
You have to start (assuming you are good enough to "move up" from High School....LOL) at Crap U as an assistant.
Then you "get to" become a coordinator.
And you make nothing.
For years.

Then, if you are In the 1.00% of the 1.00%, and you get to move up to a P5 program, you get to:
Still move every 2-3 years.
Have to be "good enough" to move up to a position coach job.
If you are all world, you get to move up to a coordinator job.
If you are the next coming, you get to be a P5 head coach.

The odds of you becoming a Top 10 salary P5 coach in college are way less than you making it all the way through high school ball and college ball and getting drafted in the top 2 rounds of the NFL draft.

This is similar to the idiots who say "what a life" when they see pro golfers winning. What they fail to discern is that for every one of those guys that you are looking at winning on tour, there are another 10,000 guys that hit a 1,000 balls a day their whole life and never came close to even getting their tour card -- let alone winning.

What a life?
Yeah, for the 1 in a 100,000 that make it. Sure.

There is a lot of envy here. I get it; I'm envious too. But as the other poster noted, Rhule is in greater than the top 1 % of his profession. From what I can tell he has worked hard and earned it. I'm glad he took us on part of his ride.

I'm also glad we live in a society that is rich enough that we can put that kind of premium on entertainment.

And we should all give thanks to Donald Trump for creating an economy where this type of wealth is possible,

Lovely house, but I would never WANT that much house.

Now a 1700 sq ft house with 25 acres, some forest, some open fields and at least one stock tank, I'm all in.

It sat for a few years before Rhule bought it, and the price was $2 mil I believe. With all the improvements he's done I'm wondering if he's gonna lose money on this. Realtor fees, taxes, etc are gonna eat away any possible profit.
