I can't imagine the BOR handling the scandal in a worse way. Their terrible mismanagement cheapened my degree. I wanted it then and I still want it....they all should have resigned or rotated off quickly after the scandal. Does anyone have any confidence they will handle the next crisis any better? I sure don't.
