BREAKING: Baylor lands Florida LB DeMarco Artis

Sanford (FL) Seminole linebacker DeMarco Artis‍ (6-3, 220) gave his commitment to Matt Rhule and the Baylor coaching staff with only hours to go until National Signing Day on Tuesday evening. Artis committed to Baylor over the Oregon Ducks.

Artis, a member of the Florida State recruiting class until recently, took an official visit to Baylor two weekends ago and to Oregon last weekend.

Artis becomes Baylor's 25th member of the 2017 recruiting class and becomes Baylor's third linebacker pledge joining Terrel Bernard (La Porte) and Bryson Jackson (Lake Ridge)
