Nobody wants to watch a bunch of spoiled, whiny, sniveling brats disrespect the flag, law-enforcement, and tear down our country. We have that now. All we have to do is turn on the Evening News.Stranger said:

I'm afraid so. The operating expenses of every major sports program are so high (due in no small part to Title IX) that the lack of one year's income from football may leave them seriously impaired. Unless administrations are willing to dip into endowments or, in the case of large state institutions, the state governments bail them out.Quote:

Correct the game is still scheduled until the NCAA cancels everything for the Fall which I expect to happen soon.
It can be played at the Cotton Bowl in the Spring if that is when football occurs as well. The game just coincides traditionally with the fair. It isnt actually part of the fair.

Are you aware that the stock market has grown an average of 142 points since Trump took office and grew an average of 125 points a month during the Obama years? Not much difference and Obama took over a collapsed economy such as Trump has created.Baylor3216 said:

That's the biggest antidote. I hope y'all are crushing it in the stock market while the headlines try to trick you

It's really hard to separate Texas/OU from the Fair. Like I said, college football no longer exists as we've known it. Schools scrambling for dollars just to stay viable and afloat will contribute heavily to this situation.
As Merle Haggard once mused . . . Are the good times really over for good?
I can offer you some hope on that account:jumpinjoe said:
Getting really serious here...it means no fresh Fletcher's Corney Dogs this year.
