I cannot complain about any of the coaches he hired but after the season he needs to review performances and replace at least two.

What an utterly incompetent and embarrassing thing for any D-I P5 head coach to say....err "admit". Peeps, I am sorry but Baylor has made a terrible hire and you should get your arms around that sad reality as fast as possible - period. Both Rhoades and Aranda need to go - and I predict will within 2-3 years. Unfortunately, those of us who want to be fans will be the ones suffering through this episode of Baylor football from these two knucklehead's arrogant ego, greed, and incompetence.
