Baylor vs. Oklahoma State Primer
For different reasons, Baylor and Oklahoma State enter their regular season finale with disappointment on their minds.
The Bears, under first year head coach Dave Aranda, have won just two games in what was supposed to be a rebuilding season after playing for the Big 12 Championship last season. For Oklahoma State, the one-time Big 12 favorite has seen things come undone rapidly after a loss last week to TCU to drop their third Big 12 contest of the season.
For Saturday, a game which the Cowboys enter as five-point favorites, the key could be movitation as much as anything. Injuries have also taken a toll on both clubs and both will enter the game likely down a number of significant contributors on offense.
Baylor has won two-straight in the series and six of the last eight dating back to 2012. Who will come out on top Saturday? It could be a huge factor for offseason momentum for either Baylor or OSU.

Baylor vs. Oklahoma State Prediction
Written by Sam Bradshaw (S11)
Baylor and OSU’s offenses are both up against it this week. Neither has looked very strong recently on offense with both teams struggling to protect the passer and neither running all that well. Baylor has been better in the red zone and I trust Brewer to protect the ball better than Sanders.
All that said OSU is very similar defensively to the OU team that Baylor just struggled to handle tactically and while Baylor scores more than they did against OU it’s still a fight there. OSU’s injuries, downward trend, and Baylor’s defense all make me confident this could be a win but until I see the offense be a bit more consistent I think OSU makes one more play.
