Never knew that either. I thought the only "future pro HC who was an assistant under a lousy head coach" here was Alvin Brooks under Gene Iba.
When McCulley was here, he may have overlapped with Bill Parcells as an assistant at Tech and Bum Phillips as an assistant at SMU.
