Someone told me that the Chick on 35 @ Baylor is the number 1 drive-thru in the state. I have not be able to verify that yet.
If they did build one in the Hewitt area, people would be able to thru New Road and Franklin without issue during lunch.

People say that about every extremely successful Chick location.
But I have no doubt that the one by Baylor does very very well. Probably in excess of $5 million in Gross Sales yearly.
I have a buddy who went to the University of Kentucky and there is one right by campus and he said how the rumor was that it was the "most successful Chick location in the USA"
These urban legends are all over.
