Space for 3 restaurants, a bar, a lot of retail, and a giant patio.

I think it's the building on Jackson near Pignetti's and Indigo. 2 or 3 walking blocks from Foster. Could be wrong about the location.

Think it's actually on the far side of Magnolia from Foster. Closer to Balcones. This might be that big building with the 100 ft+ mural of Waco's history?

Correct. Between 10th and 11th, Jackson and Webster.

This is the building at 10th and Webster where the Brazilian steakhouse is coming in. Not a new project but still excited about this one to move forward!

I think you guys are right. Waco Trib calls it the Diversified Products building. But, if you look at the plans, it looks like the same thing.
