I don't have any actual memory of that being across from Westview. Was it and the building gone by 81? However I don't have a memory of what was there before Chipotle etc., which I think came during the early 00s.

Westview nursery, not Westview shopping center. Between Lake Air and Wooded Acres. That block was redeveloped in around 2011-12 when Richard Karr moved out to Hwy 6 and Whataburger was built on the corner.
Bonanza on Valley Mills Dr. was next door to McDonald's, basically where Chipotle is now. Boozer Jewelry used the old Bonanza building for years until it was torn down to build Chipotle.
