Why do they suck so bad? 17th and 18th/19th streets in particular. You would think with the "Magnolia Effect" of increased tax revenue, they would be better.

Probably the same reason why Bell County's roads sucked so bad for so long. They are re-doing the interstate right now. They'll get the other roads up to snuff in conjunction with the interstate being completed.

Probably the same reason why Bell County's roads sucked so bad for so long. They are re-doing the interstate right now. They'll get the other roads up to snuff in conjunction with the interstate being completed.
Different contractors. Different projects going on at the same time.

Bell - Have you been through Salado lately? Was there Saturday and it was like a war zone.

All part of the infrastructure repairs needed around the state that have been in need for a long time.
