You locals get out there and support them this weekend to celebrate the wines and ciders of the Basque region of Spain. Some really unique and tasty wines from that area.

So, no locals support this shop?
David Mayfield owns it. He is a fantastic guy and is crazy passionate about wine. Loves to travel to off-the-beaten path places to find high quality stuff that's made by the little guys.
My wife and I go about once a month. Good place
we enjoy it.
I haven't been and my palette is ****, but I need to stop by and buy a bottle or two soon.
I'm on their monthly subscription list and the wife goes by there quite a bit with her friends. Solid place. Unique for Waco for sure. Important to support things like that in town, IMO.
I wish the owner wasn't so dead set on organic
