What moron is tying plastic bags to the bridge? When did that become a thing? Geez
That makes me pretty mad. Hurts the wild life/littering. Crap! I hope they catch anyone doing this and fine the crap out of em.
I've been to a few restaurants that made me want to toss my tortillas.
City of Waco workers cleaning up the plastic bags have to consume a full six-pack of brew within 2 hours--since that was the condition of any moron making that climb and thinking he/she was studly or studlette to do so.
