Ranchito on Waco Dr and Lolita's are my go to.
Sergio's truck is really good as well. Parked right across from ALICO and an easy saunter from the studio.

I don't know what Sergios official schedule is but I have found it hit or miss finding him in his normal spot...especially before 7.

the only answer is Taqueria El Crucero (mexican food plus catfish) affectionately called Little Mexico by Baylor students.
i go everytime I am in waco. Breakfast burrito with bacon and roasted pico de gallo with green and red sauce on side.
