The Dr Pepper house at 1503 Washington Ave., whose occupants included the man who named the soft drink created in Waco and much later Christian music artist David Crowder, is now listed on Airbnb, though as the "Dr. Pepper House."

A night under the roof of the 6,000-square-foot home ranges from the neighborhood of $750 to more than $1,000, plus fees, depending on timing.

I took the economy route.....bought a 6-pack of DP and checked into the Dutch Door AB&B.

I have done a ton of work on that house in the past 5 years.

Neat house and lots of custom woodwork.

You can stay at the coke house for cheap.

There is no period in the name Dr Pepper.

That house & its contents were auctioned off in the early/mid 90s; it was pretty rundown at the time. If i remember correctly the house itself brought $100,000 more or less.
