Reportedly they were nearing separation before this incident... someone posted earlier in this thread the house went up for sale in September.. apparently it's off the market now... ownership is not in his name but a LLC he's a part of called Baseline LLC.

Good find! Thanks for posting. That was a really well done article, and he's right -- the statistics overwhelmingly support that situations like this usually aren't the first. It's usually a lifelong pattern that finally gets reported. It's rarely a one off, where one loses composure momentarily.

The only miss in his article is that it is quite common in Texas for these cases to get reduced to misdemeanor status when everything shakes out and/or a grand jury elects not to indict. All the dark forces need behind the scenes are for the charges to get reduced, then they'll have the power they need to pull off the suspension, counseling and eventual reinstatement progression. If they can't get the reduction, then that's the only way they will have to part with him.
