I remembered the Briles settlement.....but I don't remember hearing about Starr and Ian also getting settlements.

Maybe, but I assume he has some balls and is not a wimp and, therefore, would not.

In looking back. I believe the statement the school officials made was that whatever happens with the prosecution is not dispositive. His conduct was a violation of his contract and reflected poorly on the school the statement said. So I think nevermind about that idea.

Travis County DA would not do this if they had a case. I bet Beard starts his rehab tour somewhere next year and re-considers what female he is spending time with.
