Exactly. It doesn't matter how long it takes, although our chance will likely come in Austin, Lawrence or Manhattan.

I don't think so but if Baylor plays the way they did Monday, it's certainly possible.

Well not in Lawrence....because KU will not be ranked in the top 10.

If they beat those 2 they'll deserve a top 10 ranking… I think they beat KSU not sure about ISU. Hilton will be a hornets nest

I read the Tweet a different way: Baylor is currently 12-1 against its last 13 AP top 10 opponents, If we win our next game against an AP top 10 opponent, the record goes to 13-1, which is better than "or breaks" the 12-1 record,

But then that would make it a 14 game stretch. The record is for a 13 game stretch. Unless the first game of that 13 game stretch was the one loss, the next win will still make us 12-1 over the last 13 games vs top 10 teams (still tied). In other words, the only way to break the record would be to go 13-0 over a 13 game stretch, which would only happen if the first game was a loss and the next one is a win. Not trying to be pedantic, just saying he was technically correct.

*We might be breaking the record for a 14 game stretch, though! Someone should check.

Its not a record thing, just a stat. Its of interest to us because its happening in front of us. Aside from Baylorfans and the trivia obsessed, no one else cares.
