I see some early projection of Little as a late first or second round pick in 2024, so he might do better by staying two years (from an NBA draft perspective that is!).

One consequence of winning a NC is your recruiting will likely go up a little. Baylor and Drew made a lot of success landing guards ranking out of the top 50 (Butler, Mitchell, Vitals were all closer to top 100 than top 10). These players committed multiple years to the program, and Baylor benefited by that. Recruiting elite players in the top 25 needs the understanding of how much of an earful these kids are getting of how quickly they can make it to the NBA. Most of Miro's teammates this year are likely one and dones, making Sunrise's just over .500 record in league play a most perplexing underachievement.
