For most of the first half it looked like Texas was running roughshod over Colgate. But they have rallied and Texas has missed several shots.

From all reports, Dainja hated it here. In one interview back in January he called it one of the biggest mistakes in his life. So, I'm thinking he's probably not giving it much thought.

Beard (he recruited him) and staff struck it rich with Rice. He's basically been their difference maker for the last portion of the season and tournaments.

Duke has been playing at a level since mid-Feb that says they have a good shot to run the table. Now that they are finally healthy, they have matchups for any type of game.

This is weird to say, but Fran McCaffery is both the polar opposite and basketball equivalent of Kirk Ferentz.

They're completely different in the way they operate, but both are too successful to fire but consistently coach flawed/disappointing teams.

They're also proof positive that you can never be great completely ignoring one side of the ball or the other.

Scheyer was one of the main reasons they moved on in that game as he kept knocking down jumpers down the stretch.
