Crazy! During TV interview with Razorback star player Davis, in the background we hear "Texas Fight" playing. (Next game is UT vs PSU)

Big 12 champion and Defending National champion goes down in the R32, just like we did last year.

Musselman is a helluva coach. If Kentucky fires Calipari, they are crazy if they don't hire him. Or, if Texas doesn't keep Terry, they should pay him whatever he wants.

He's a good tourney coach for sure. That's the best game the Hogs played all year. They looked pretty average all season long.

Tomm just got even bigger! A potential 15 seed in the S16 awaits! Not Tsing anything away from Princeton but holy hell is that a break

Also played most of the year without a 5 star point guard rated higher than Keyonte George by most, and lost Trevon Brazille early in the season to an ACL injury. He was their inside enforcer and was average 11/7.

That guard was horrible tonight. If he didn't step on the court they still would have won.

Point is they do this every year with Muss. They look like crap in the middle of the season and win enough games to get in the tourney and then make it to the Elite Eight.

Basically, the post season is simply a microcosm of the regular season this year more than every when it was obvious there was no really invincible team that was great in all phases of the game. Just not that much separation all across the board as every team has defined weaknesses that can be exploited in a one game situaton.

That's like taking 1 Keyonte George bad game and saying he's horrible. Smith is still not over his injury and was never able to acclimate into the rotation like he would have been if he had been healthy all year. If he had been healthy and Brazille had played all year, Hogs would have finished 1st or 2nd in the SEC.

Musselman is basically on every Top 10 coaching list. He's restored Arkansas basketball program after settling into the depths of mediocrity. The results are obvious. To say otherwise is non-sensical.

Nick Smith has had way more than one bad game. I'm in the middle of Hog country. He has been so-so since coming back.

I'm not arguing about Muss. The team has had setbacks. But they are up and down every year he's been at UA. But he's taken them to back to back Elite Eights, so I'm sure they'll keep taking 19-11 seasons. They weren't saying that two weeks ago.

If Houston loses this game, we'll have lost three of the four No. 1 seeds before Alabama even takes the floor for their Round of 32 game.

How awesome would it be to have no No. 1's in the Sweet 16? Go Maryland!!

Princeton just carved up Missouri with fundamentals. That was pretty impressive. Outrebounding the Tigers by 17 and also have 17 offensive boards. Those boys know how to block out.

Won't be an easy game for either us or Creighton.

Maybe. Princeton is obviously very good, though. And you know they're going to be super disciplined.

I think they'll struggle to match up with our guards offensively, but I think we could have a lot of trouble getting stops against them.

Ask any of them how they feel tonight.

We had people upset with Drew for this year. We were projected to win the Big 12 and effectively finished 4th, while losing 10 games. Btut watch how many are singing his praises if we beat Creighton and then Princeton and make it to the Elite 8. It just goes with coaching.

Most impressive, fundamentally sound team I've seen all year at boxing out under the boards.

It's a break… they've had an impressive run but there s 15 seed… gimme that over Zona or Missouri all day. Only a fool would rather play those 2 over Princeton. Obviously doesn't mean squat if we don't win tomm. We struggle to stop any team with a pulse so that wouldn't be anything new. But our guards would carve them up

St. Peter's was a 15 seed, too. They made several high-seeded teams look bad on their way to the Elite Eight.

Seeding just doesn't matter much in modern college basketball. All of these teams have talent, and most small-school programs have way more roster continuity than their high-major counterparts. Catching a good team playing its best basketball of the year isn't a huge break IMO.

By the Sweet 16, everyone's good and has earned their way where they are.

And, as they always say, styles make fights. I've never been afraid of Missouri, which is just a less talented/efficient version of many of our Big 12 mates. I worry much more about a matchup with a team that has perfected a style we will have not seen all year long.
