Until a few weeks ago we had two big men signed for 24. Asemota and Missi. Missi has since moved up to class of 23. Haven't seen enough of Jason, but he seems to be a 3 who could play the 4?
Open question is what we will need in the Front court in 24-25. Jonathan will be done, I believe, but uncertain who else will go pro or stay. 4* players don't want to be sitting on the bench, which is unfortunate as very few PF'ds are Big 12 ready coming out of high school.

Now that you mention it I remember the name Nakia Cody but cannot remember the era during which he played. I'm thinking Reedy era for some reason perhaps?? Is that right?

We recently had two big men, Asemota and Missi, signed for the class of '24. Missi has moved up to the class of '23 since then. I haven't seen much of Jason yet, but he seems like a versatile player who could handle both the small forward (3) and power forward (4) positions.
Looking ahead to the '24-'25 season, we have some uncertainties in our frontcourt. Jonathan will likely be finishing his college career, and we're not sure who else might go pro or stay in college. It's a bit tough because 4-star recruits usually don't want to spend too much time on the bench, and there aren't many high school power forwards ready for the Big 12 right away.
In a nutshell, we'll need to evaluate our frontcourt needs for '24-'25, considering potential departures and the scarcity of college-ready power forwards among 4-star recruits.
I have no revenue stream from my board contributions, so no worries... I would recommend to anyone borrowing my words, you should aim higher...

Nikia Codie was a great safety coming out ot high school. Lett Baylor as a pretty good safety. Player development wasn't a strong suit for us back then. Basketball players in the Drew era, however, that has been a different story.

Good Reedy recruit and player who ended up playing for 3 coaches.
