I think the retraction of "his wife's" email should have come a little sooner than several weeks later.

Maybe his negotiations for a nice retirement package aren't going so well. Or he might be on another bender.

Surely the contract amendment Huggins and WVU signed in May included a tightly drafted provision giving the university the right to terminate his one year contract for further acts detrimental to the university. If not, the university should sue outside counsel for negligence and fire the GC.

Assuming the contract contains a tightly worded behavior clause, even if Huggins could prevail on his absurd "I didn't resign" posturing, the university could fire him today. Fire him in the alternative, just to put an end to this insanity.

Huggins is a drunk crybaby who is destroying what little reputation he had left.

How man times can we say "Thank you Coach Drew"?

Huggins doesn't know how to use email is the best part of that .

Best case for Huggins is that he's fired for cause. That's essentially what happened but he was given the opportunity to resign and save some face. Apparently he believes that a DUI is okay on top of being a homophobe.
