Still no idea why we need to wait until we're six weeks out for the schedule to drop.

We haven't even announced our remaining non con yet right?

Baylor has not announced all non con games yet, only a few. I am eager to see the entire schedule but I can wait. It seems in recent years we don't get it until October. I don't see any reason for 2023 to be different. In the past, I think they always announce the full schedule at one time, both MBB & WBB. They might be waiting for the Big 12 to finish their side of it.

I will miss the double round robin. At least we will get Kansas & Texas twice this year. I would prefer Houston to BYU for the double treatment and K State or Iowa State to Tech (at least for now).

Why would anyone need it now?

I am more interested in picking seats at the Foster.

lol...I'm just interested to see how it shakes out:
>who do we open Foster with?
>how many times are we on big Monday?
>What games (opponents and times) can I realistically try to attend?

Nice find. Decent little team that played Miami wire-to-wire last year.

Best guess:

1/2 last game at the Ferrell Center.
1/6 First conference game on the road
1/10 First game at Foster

the Cornell game on 1/2 will open up Foster

here are the games we know

https://sicem365.com/baylor-basketball/schedule

It will either be Florida or Pitt on 11/23

Cornell is actually a dangerous team.

We also scrimmage Texas A&M and Gonzaga so we will have a good idea what we have after those games.

Thanks Ashley. That gives them just 3.5 months to have things ready to roll.

I'm not sure what the student ticket allotment at Foster will be, but, with students out for the holidays, would like to see all unclaimed student tickets released to the public for sale. I've got my season tickets, but this would be a great opportunity for those who missed out on season tickets to make a game.

For travel plans, I always try to make one road game a year. This year targeting K State.

Less than 6 weeks before the first game.

Seems late.

Probably having to hold back the networks because all of the B12 games are TV worthy...

a few thoughts...other than the conference making it completely unnecessarily confusing making grey tiles the home games...

>first real game in Foster v BYU...seems like a missed opportunity to have a marquee game.
>feels like we got a good chance to have a great start...maybe win five of first six quite likely
>kinda like not having to go to Ames and Houston
>final two home games most likely the biggest

White should be home games. It is weird they chose that scheme.

And one of those games (likely UMKC, because the women play Utah the same day) will be a day game for the schoolkids.
