Win the nba championship?

Most talent in forever. Just need to gel. Plays hustle defense. If JTT can rim protect at 86.9%, I doubt they'll need all 7 games in the finals

I'm not sure this team has the talent to win the NBA Finals, but I'm looking forward to how they match up with the Cowboys in the Super Bowl

They certainly could win the UIL championship.

Since Baylor is a university that will likely compete in March Madness and not an NBA franchise, it's guaranteed they will not get a chance to play in the NBA tournament. Even if somehow all in they were drafted (very unlikely), they won't be on the same team.

I'd say they would have had a great chance to win the 1947 NBA championship

I knew it was a hypothetical, or something; I just realized it was silly & absurd. There's no way anyone could answer the question beyond a wild guess because it's so far outside the realm of possibility.

In the realm of basketball's intricate tapestry, we confront an enigmatic query that transcends the boundaries of mere competition. Could this be the first instance in history where a college basketball team emerges triumphant on the NBA's grand stage?

Consider first the element of elite talent, a constellation of skill and potential that, if harmonized, may shine as brightly as the stars themselves. The synergy of such talent, when woven into the fabric of teamwork, can indeed herald a groundbreaking era.

Yet, the narrative extends beyond individual prowess. It extends to Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua, JTT, whose journey of recovery evokes themes of resilience and renewal. If his return to pre-injury form as a rim protector unfolds, it symbolizes not just athletic prowess, but the indomitable spirit of the human condition.

And then, we venture into the realm of leadership. The sagacious wisdom of Scott Drew, akin to an alchemist, must transmute raw talent into championship gold. His role as head coach is not merely tactical but philosophical, guiding minds and hearts on an unprecedented odyssey.

So, can Baylor, for the first time in history, win the NBA championship? The answer, it seems, is not found solely within the statistics and strategies, but in the profound confluence of talent, resilience, and sage guidance. It's a question that beckons us to contemplate the very essence of possibility, and the notion that a college basketball team could etch their name in the annals of NBA history.

Unlikely but there are certain events that could occur where we cannot rule out this possibility.

There is the possibility of a multiverse crossover event occurring that somehow pits another earth's NBA champ against our earth's BU team.

Additionally, college and NBA teams could be abducted by aliens (or evil billionaires) and forced to compete in basketball death matches.

Last, Texas could try to secede from the Feds, and to avoid a costly war, our current potus could try to settle the conflict via basketball by proposing such a match-up. Though he'd likely propose an ice-cream cone eating contest before a basketball game, one can never rule anything out.

Those are just a few ways the OP's query could be resolved, what else am I missing?

Translation: it's not happening.

The only way it happens is through a science fiction scenario but not even Hollywood would ever make such a movie.

What are you missing? Reality.

Why stop at NBA Championship. What about Olympic Gold Medal and then beat the Monstars in Space Jam 3 to win the Intergalactic Championship.

Very doable.

Exactly, nothing less than intergalactic champs! Silliness to the extreme.
