Any theories as to what happens? I suppose if it were something significant we'd have heard something by now...

OH IT'S A SAD DAY. - Three year probation and that's it - - -sorry. No reduction of Scholi's , Still get to play in post season tourney , we don't vacate any wins , KU keeps championship - Coach Self alleged charges reduced, no further action , Coach Townsend penalities reduced , no further action taken . no fines leveld- - -It's a great day.

He didn't play in the 2011 Big 12 tournament then no postseason that year for the Bears

The head of the panel was one D. Manning.

A Mr. N. Collison was on there with a R. LaFrentz and a J. Vaughn.

A Mr. P. Pierce and M. Chalmers were seen leaving the building shortly after the meeting was adjourned, seeming rather happy when asked with their handling of the alleged infractions: 'We feel that justice has won a victory today,' Mr. Pierce said when asked his thoughts about the outcome, while Mr. Chalmers seemed to choke on his drink at that moment, almost spewing it out. Mr. Chalmers will be okay, he was in good spirits - laughing at what we could only conclude was himself.
