Body language makes a huge difference to team chemistry, can make or break teams. Cryer and Key had awful body language when things weren't going their way. Addition by subtraction in that regard.

Last year we seemed to stagnate offensively and were forced to ask an injured key to play hero ball to try to save us. This year we have many more scoring options and can score in more ways. If it isn't someone's night because of foul trouble or poor shooting or whatever there are others to pick up the slack.

Watch Little as well. Barely plays and has great energy and demeanor throughout the game. The vibe on this team is night and day from last year

I like the bigger stronger guard makeup of this team as well. They're capable of hitting needed 3's, but it's great to have multiple guys that can get into the lane and get to the rim, and/or draw a foul. It's also harder for teams to push our offense out further like teams often did last season. Still need work on the D and rebounding, but there's a lot to be excited about regarding this team.

Oh I agree, was not all Key's fault. He took a lot of unwarrented criticism. It was a combination of the ankle injury and our faulty roster contruction (duplication of roles).

I like Little so much. I hope he manages to get more playing time, but it will be hard. He has a great attitude. You can see him on the bench and he is cheering full steam. I think he will eventually be a star.

This is a great point and I completely agree. Little is not playing much but plays hard and has positive energy at all times. His time is coming. Might not be this year.

Maybe sooner than later. Florida game he was in before Grimes. Any injury (knock on wood) he would probably be the guy to step up to a bigger role.
