His foot was on the line. There was a big article in the DMN this morning about it. But since no call was made, it couldn't be reviewed and reversed.

That seems like a pretty major flaw in the replay review process. Everything should be reviewable in the final minute of a game.

I wish I could find a clip that it included the video review (unofficial). Clearly, his foot was on the line. TCU "won" the game because the rules wouldn't allow them to correct a problem? If I were a Georgetown fan I would be livid. Or at least very angry.
