He is always very complimentary towards Baylor. Not hearing anything to be offended by. Fran is the best.

Here is the only take that makes since: Fran post on these boards under JP 1037. He knew posting a negative take on himself would bring a bevy of supporters to his defense. He is now wallowing in the praise that is, this thread.

Fran did go out of his way to compliment Seton Hall, even late in the game when it was over and Seton Hall was getting cooked. Seemed pretty forced.

But no issue with that. This wasn't a Baylor broadcast. Seton has fans watching too and want to hear positive things about their team. That is part of announcing a game that is over before the buzzer sounds.

Usually near the end of games announcers will say positive things about the team that is going to lose. Things like they are a team on the rise. Ie they won't win today but we have to say something nice about them.
