He was often given duties as the time clock was winding down. We would clear the zone and CJ would go one on one with a defender or 2 as the clock expires. He would score very often driving to the bucket or kick out to a wide open 3. I remember him being one of the best at this. We may have a new one with Dennis.

As Crawfoso mentioned,the five OT game in College Station was unforgettable.What impressed me the most earlier than that was how strong and mature he was as a true freshman.I saw one of his preseason practices that freshman season and my reaction was that he was a man who would start immediately.
